Submission of Complaints and Appeals

The Department of Philosophy has an appropriate mechanism in place for managing student complaints and appeals, ensuring their prompt and fair handling with effectiveness and confidentiality. The policy for managing complaints and appeals applies to the entire active student body of the Department. This procedure αφορά any form of complaint or appeal related to the quality of the educational and administrative services provided by the Department.

Before submitting a complaint or appeal, students are required to carefully study the Department’s Study Guide, the Regulations for the Operation of the Complaints and Appeals Management Mechanism, as well as the University’s general operating regulations, in order to have a clear understanding of their rights and obligations. The authority responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper implementation of the student complaints and appeals management process is the Chair of the Department at any given time.
