The duration of postdoctoral research may not be shorter than six (6) months from the date of the decision of the Department Assembly, nor longer than three (3) years.

An extension of the duration of postdoctoral research beyond three (3) years may be granted by decision of the Department Assembly, following a substantiated proposal by the supervising faculty member for the completion of the research project.

Upon completion of the postdoctoral research, the researcher, in collaboration with the supervising faculty member, submits to the Department Assembly a Research Completion Report in accordance with the prescribed template.

Postdoctoral Research Completion Report
